Prezko ("we", "us") provides service management software for aircon service companies. This policy explains what information we collect through the platform and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Account information you provide when registering a company workspace — name, email, and company details.
• Operational data your company enters into the platform, such as customer, location, and equipment records.
• Service report content, including findings, photos, and customer signatures collected during a service visit.

How we use it

Information is used to operate the platform for your company — generating service reports, tracking maintenance schedules, and giving your customers access to completed reports through QR codes and links you choose to share.

Data ownership

Customer and service data entered by your company remains your company's data. We do not sell customer information collected through the platform.

Data security

Access to company data is restricted to authenticated users within that company's workspace. Report access outside the app is limited to the specific report links and QR codes your company generates.
